The 3rd edition of Sai Gon Latin Festival takes over the whole Victory Hotel in Vung Tau. Workshops, parties and live concerts with Tony Pirata and Seo Fernandez, more than 30 international artists and 11 DJs, plus a Sunset Sunday Pool Party.
